Advantages of aluminum silicate fiber module used in RTO furnace

RTO furnace is a heat storage type exhaust gas treatment device, also known as regenerative
waste gas incinerator. RTO furnace insulation using 1260 types of aluminum silicate fiber
modules and 1260 types of aluminum silicate fiber blanket on the ceramic heat storage room
and the combustion chamber for heat preservation.

Aluminum silicate fiber folding module adopt the "soldiers" arrangement - along the size of
the compression of the modules aligned. The fiber modules are compressed by a ceramic fiber
blanket having a thickness of 20mm and are fixed at a pitch of 500 to 700mm with a "U" type

Advantages of aluminum silicate fiber blanket and aluminum silicate fiber module used in RTO
furnace thermal insulation material:

A, light weight: RTO furnace insulation special aluminum silicate fiber material is the traditional
refractory material weight of 1/30 ~ 1/10, thus greatly reducing the weight load of RTO furnace
insulation structure, reduce the project cost of RTO furnace;

B, low thermal conductivity: thermal conductivity at room temperature is below 0.03w/ (m.k),
good insulation effect, better heat to keep the indoor heat loss, thereby reducing the addition
of auxiliary fuel, reduce operating costs. RTO furnace body surface temperature lower,
the service life longer.

C, good thermal shock resistance:  aluminum silicate fiber has good thermal shock resistance,
can deal with the periodic replacement of RTO furnace inlet temperature changes lead to
alternating hot and cold, ensure good lining. Light and high temperature aluminum silicate fiber
lining in RTO furnace with excellent elasticity. Precompression of the fire-resistant modules
installed after the lifting of packing belt, then the formation of a dense airtight fire-resistant
layer, no need to reserve expansion joints.

D, strong chemical stability: aluminum silicate fiber is inorganic non-metallic materials, with a
strong chemical stability.
