Problems to be paid attention to in the process of kiln construction
Many kilns in the procurement of materials in varying degrees of quality problems, mainly
reflected in the inherent quality of the structure. Kiln works in the hot state, therefore,
we must first analyze the performance of materials can meet the design requirements.
In general, the procurement of materials should be higher than or equivalent to the design
requirements, must not be less than the design specifications standards.
1, kiln foundation engineering, why some furnace foundation prone to sinking and different
degrees of fracture, the main reason is that the design of the causal relationship between
the foundation is not clear, the kiln is equivalent to the ordinary building structure model to
deal with. Kiln is the equipment, but also in the hot state of operation, so it is compared with
the fixed structure,the settlement and expansion joints should have different points, can not
be mixed together for processing. The raw materials of concrete, such as gravel, do not use
calcium oxide with limestone,reinforced steel materials should be used with a certain plasticity
such as cement should be selected as the medium grade label, not high-grade cement, can not
be used Low - grade cement.
2, sand seal board is not dense, sand easily derailed, so that the kiln car on the track is not
easy to run. Sand sealing tank should be used for sand sealing control temperature of the
material, can not be used the temperature resistant material.
3, the kiln wall is not sealed or there is a crack, the kiln roof falling.The kiln wall and roof are
directly related to the fire surface,which are the most easily damaged parts. Therefore, the
choice of refractory materials on the top and wall, must be tested by professional organizations,
do not see the refractory material on the pull up to use. Different parts should use different
refractories, high temperature and low temperature zone, heat preservation zone and heat
insulation zone, should be selected according to the requirements of different materials. The
main seasonof kiln wall cracks and fracture have two aspects:the first one is the masonry quality
problems,the second is the drying kiln temperature is too high, the kiln body of water discharge
unreasonable; the third is the kiln scheme does not meet the actual situation , or lack of experience
in drying kiln; the fourth is anti-expansion measures not in place, do not understand the structure
of the furnace, do not take seriously on kiln. The top of the kiln is falling out of the slab or roof of
the kiln,which is the problem of the inner quality problems of the roof and the brick on the roof.
Sometimes improper operation of the construction,wrong masonry method, there is no ground
inspection and lead to such problems arise. Some by hanging plate fastener structure is not wrong,
the roof, brick joints caused by excessive water lead to excessive temperature, burn out the
structural parts and fasteners. Some problems of insulation materials and insulation materials,
leading to roof, roof tiles collapsed.
4, the kiln car prone to stretch or bwteen the derailment, car beam breakage and car convex
problems, this is due to the kiln car surface temperature is too high, it shows that the poor
sealing of kiln car; the second is to track the material usage is not a rail, and the selection of
tracks, tracks and rails have qualitative difference; the third, the expansion joints between the
tracks,not equipped with rail fixing baffle in the installation process, rail beam fracture is the
most easy prone to be deformed. The reasons for the rupture of the rail beam,one is no contraction
joints, the second is the inherent quality of the track beam itself.
5, the kiln body fasteners, such as columns, hanging beams,rods and so on,is an important part
in the whole structure of the kiln. Material selection must not be careless, do not cut corners,
should use the positive deviation, can not use negative deviation material, because it has a stress
response, and work in hot conditions. Under the roof of the kiln, there is a relationship between
the suspension and the hanging beam. Loosing its structure can further lead to deformation or
cracking of the kiln wall, which are closely related with fasteners. In the production process must
not underestimate the structural importance of steel fasteners.
6, the pipeline and the fan of the configuration of the furnace has a regulatory function.
Heat balance, waste discharge, cooling pipes, hot air pipes, exhaust pipe, moisture respective
selection of material requirements are different, especially coal gangue and fly ash sintered brick
tunnel kiln used in pipeline is more important, the pipeline should be used in different parts of
different materials production. Especially in the case of high sulfur content of raw materials,
more attention should be paid to the internal structure of the pipeline, sulfur is too high on the fan
selection is also a test. Many manufacturers in the production of coal gangue sintering brick process,
the fan and pipeline corrosion is too large, resulting in pipeline fan service life is shortened, and some
local production 3-5 months, the pipeline, the fan can not be used. These problems for the manufacturer,
in advance should be the raw material sulfur content analysis, otherwise it will shorten the service life of
the kiln body.
